Complaint Description: Other - excessive "yard sales" residents have yard sales every weekend, all year long and have been doing so for years. they run their yard sales like a business, not regular household items. I stopped one time and all the clothing still had tags on them from goodwill as if they buy from there and mark up the prices to make a profit. complaint Is the excessive traffic they bring into the neighborhood SCF source: http://seeclickfix.com/issue
