Complaint Description: T1 Zoning violation and code violations, 817 Montaño NW - There is a recently installed service panel (we witnessed installation about 6-30-21) at 817 Montaño NW that is apparently un-permitted by CABQ and unapproved by PNM since it does not look as if it complies with requirements of the utility. It has no green permit tags on its cover or dead-front. It services outdoor receptacles not protected by GFCI that are being used to power the three RVs that are being used as residences on the property. The property is zoned as single-family residence.
